They damaged my wood floor and many of my belongings. The moving guy acknowledging they did the damage, the sales woman AND the manager I spoke to both promised to repair the damage and fix the refrigerator door, yet despite all that and 9 calls and emails later, I have not been reimbursed or contacted.

I've had to pay to repair the wood floor myself. The lead guy seemed professional, but my guess is the "helpers" didn't know squat about moving furniture which is what led to 7 of my belongings being damaged (in addition to the floor).

In addition, they don't come out to look before they bid on your job, so they came with a truck way too small for my move and left me standing in my garage with items that wouldn't fit on the truck. This was an out of town move so at the last minute I had to figure out how to get the rest of my belongings moved myself.
